About this position:

The Sr. Creator Success Manager is responsible for maintaining, growing and retaining relationships with Mavely’s top Influencers, with a focus on MVP and agency creators in the social commerce space. You will manage a book of creators, offering best-in-class client experience.

By working directly on the Creator Success Team you will stay up to date with industry trends that result in potential opportunities for your influencers to monetize. Your goal is to increase the revenue of your book of creators through strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, encouraging new product adoption, enhancing brand diversification, strategizing with creators directly to achieve individual and departmental GMV and retention specific KPI goals.

An important part of your role is to act as the influencer’s voice internally; working cross-functionally with departments like Product Development, Campaigns, and Marketing to provide real-time feedback to improve our Influencers user experience. Our Influencers are in a variety of stages in their influencer journey, you must have the adaptability to coach to all levels.

You will be consultative in your approach, acting as a coach to offer suggestions and recommendations to improve Influencer performance and optimize their earnings on the Mavely platform through quarterly business reviews, communicating upcoming brand campaigns, and data-driven strategy sessions. With a sales and service mindset, you will grow and retain Mavely’s top tier creators.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the affiliate marketing space is required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage, grow, and retain Tier 1 (top 25%) Managed Creators including creators part of the MVP Program.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing Mavely influencers to grow and retain their business
  • Proactively schedule calls with your managed creators providing tailored data and insights to influencers
  • Identify growth opportunities within your book of creators to increase sales and drive revenue to hit individual, team and company KPI specific GMV and retention goals.
  • Communicate influencer feedback to the appropriate internal Mavely teams for to better our Influencers experience
  • Monitor creator account health and work in collaboration on retention strategies
  • Troubleshoot and problem solving when applicable and respond to both internal and external communication in a timely manner
  • Share best practices (not limited to) social media coaching, driving affiliate sales, campaign strategy to encourage influencers growth
  • Staying on top of trends, identify areas for Influencer education and work in partnership to develop appropriate materials
  • Pull, interpret, analyze and relay creator sales data internally and externally to key stakeholders with the purpose of achieving tracked monthly, quarterly and annual KPI goals.
  • Proactively identify creator churn risk and strategize to retain and grow creators.
  • Advocate for Mavely and act as our voice in the greater creator economy
  • Embody our Mavely values of childlike curiosity, accountability, fearless honesty, collaboration and being visionary
  • Occasionally attend creator and/or industry events
  • Any other duties assigned by management

  • Top creator management and agency relations highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account or management role
  • A background and understanding in influencer or affiliate marketing
  • Strong knowledge in G-Suite, HubSpot experience preferred
  • Previous creator success account manager related experience required
  • Sales and Service mindset and excellent customer service
  • A positive attitude and growth mindset
  • Good communication skills, problem solving, and teamwork mindset
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to review data and pull-out valuable insights
  • Effective communicator both internally and externally while working in person or remotely
  • Ability to perform the job safely and with respect for others, for property and for individual safety

Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.

Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - 95,000 base + bonus
