Senior Manager Scaled Growth & Corporate Marketing, Digital Channels, America

Why We Have This Role

At Qualtrics, we are seeking a Senior Manager to lead across Digital for our Scaled Growth & Corporate Marketing team in the Americas Field Marketing and Growth team. This critical role will lead the development and execution of digital demand generation strategies for our region, driving alignment with core Global Marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative digital tactics and drive scaled pipeline growth for our Enterprise & Corporate business. While sharing responsibility with the Scaled Growth & Corporate Marketing team of our Corporate Marketing pipeline targets and serving as a subject matter expert in digital marketing within the Americas Field Marketing and Demand Generation organization.

How You Will Find Success

  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for digital demand generation and engage with cross-functional teams to drive alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and track performance against pipeline growth and marketing effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment on marketing strategies.
  • Leverage knowledge in digital marketing tactics such as SEO, paid media, and content marketing to develop innovative strategies that drive scalable pipeline growth.
  • Understand and manage pipeline metrics, ensuring marketing initiatives effectively convert to opportunities and help achieve corporate targets.

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Enhance your strategic capabilities by leading cross-functional campaigns that drive demand and ensure alignment with global initiatives across Qualtrics’ biggest market.
  • Advanced Digital Proficiency: Gain further expertise in innovative digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Paid Media, content syndication, content marketing.
  • Analytics and Performance Measurement: Strengthen your analytical skills to assess and optimize the impact of digital campaigns on pipeline and revenue, using KPIs as guiding metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop robust relationship management skills while working closely with various teams to nurture integrated marketing tactics.
  • Partnership with Sales organization: You’ll be able to build and nurture critical relationships across our Sales organization broadening your understanding and leadership across GTM strategies

Things You’ll Do

  • Identify and execute digital strategies to drive scaled demand generation aligned with core Global Marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Management (IMM) and Digital teams to understand Global campaign plans and define additional regional digital tactics to enhance effectiveness.
  • Serve as the Digital strategy and plan subject matter expert across the Americas Field Marketing and Demand Generation team, providing guidance on best practices and innovative tactics.
  • Partner with the Scaled Growth and Corporate Marketing team to develop and deliver on pipeline targets for the Corporate business, ensuring that marketing initiatives are effectively translating into opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Scaled Growth team to identify and implement additional campaign strategies necessary to support achieving corporate pipeline targets, leveraging insights from previous campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization:
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outbound programs, measuring key metrics such as engagement rates, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
    • Regularly review and optimize content and messaging to maximize performance and drive demand.

What We Are Looking For on Your CV

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, with a strong focus on digital channels.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, specifically regarding pipeline and revenue management.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Proficient in leveraging data analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, including marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics solutions.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging digital content across various formats.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
