Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team!
Greenhouse is the world’s fastest-growing enterprise talent acquisition suite - and our Customer Success team is a key driver of that growth. We are strategic partners to our customers, helping them drive and adopt talent acquisition and recruiting best practices within their organisations.
You’ll be the owner of ongoing consultative relationships and the face of Greenhouse throughout the post-implementation customer journey.

- A collaborator – you will partner closely with our internal sales team to help customers through initial buying, expansion, and renewal processes

What you’ll do
- Manage a book of customers of Enterprise customers in the UK & Ireland
- Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers
- Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers’ organisations
- Communicate critical customer concerns and opportunities internally
- Identify upsell opportunities and work with Account Management to renew customer contracts
You should have
- 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise customer-facing role across Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Experience collaborating with a large cross-functional account team
- Background in SaaS, a plus
