- Experience leading multi-state or regional initiatives focused on provider collaboration, care delivery strategy, or growth
- Strong people leader with experience managing senior-level professionals; proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the presence to influence internally and externally at the executive level
- Track record of success in dynamic, fast-paced environments; startup or growth-stage company experience is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred
- Must be based in Florida, Ohio, or Georgia, and available for travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
What You’ll Get
- Competitive salary, bonus opportunity, and equity package
- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
- A 401k retirement plan
- Paid vacation and company holidays
- Opportunity to make an impact at a rapidly growing mission-driven company transforming healthcare in the U.S.
