How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead and develop the catalog and content engineering teams, driving alignment with product strategy and goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver tools that help marketers build and manage large-scale, personalized campaigns.
- Ensure your team is building scalable and reliable systems that support billions of daily personalized communications.
- Own the engineering roadmap, and help shape the future of Iterable’s customer experience platform through innovation and continuous improvement.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Drive the development of robust catalog systems that allow customers to manage dynamic, data-driven content with precision and flexibility.
- Empower marketers with intuitive campaign-building tools that adapt to real-time customer behavior.
- Ensure performance, accuracy, and personalization at scale across all outbound campaigns, including email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Champion team health, operational excellence, and engineering quality by setting strong standards and encouraging best practices.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and growth.
We Are Looking for People Who Have:
- Proven experience in managing and leading software engineering teams to success.
- A track record of building and scaling customer-facing SaaS products, preferably in the martech or B2B space.
- A strong product mindset, and a passion for solving real customer problems with elegant technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical execution with strategic goals and collaborate across time zones.
- A growth mindset, humility, and a desire to build and learn in a fast-paced environment.
