We founded Workera in 2019 to provide an AI-powered skills intelligence platform for enterprises. Our platform helps organizations verify and benchmark workforce capabilities across any skill and role, supporting talent decisions throughout the talent lifecycle. We use AI-native, adaptive assessments and a configurable skills ontology to measure real-world capabilities.

Leaders use our platform to align business strategy with workforce skills, measure real capability through assessments and expert-backed scoring, connect insights to action for hiring, learning, and mobility, and track growth over time. Our science-backed assessments reflect how work happens, measuring technical, soft, cognitive, role-specific, and language proficiency skills. They also measure technical expertise. Assessment formats include immersive scenarios, AI-driven conversational dialogues, real-world use cases, free-response tasks (written/spoken), audio/video responses, and hands-on challenges like live coding. We also offer an AI-native assessment builder for custom assessments.

The platform supports key talent processes like upskilling, which identifies gaps and provides personalized learning paths. It also helps with project resourcing by matching individuals to tasks, performance management with data-driven reviews, internal mobility for talent retention, and hiring by verifying candidate skills. We integrate with existing HR systems such as LMS, ATS, HRIS, LXP, and analytics tools through our ‘Elo, your AI Mentor’ powered skills data layer. Our integrations include WorkDay, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Coursera, Degreed, Udacity, O’Reilly, and DeepLearning AI.

We adhere to enterprise-grade security and compliance standards like SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001-2022, GDPR, CCPA, and WCAG 2.1 AA. We also feature Single Sign-On, end-to-end encryption, 99.99% uptime, and human-in-the-loop validation. We have supported millions of learners, with over 500,000 assessments taken and more than 5 million skills measured. Our customers include SoftBank, Commonwealth Bank, Lilly, Deloitte, and Honeywell.
