As an SMB Senior Manager, you will work with smaller clients (employee count of 11 to 50) to provide them the right airSlate solution that meets business automation needs. Working in a defined customer profile, you will proactively engage with targeted companies, as well as follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads. Responsibilities

  • Manage & motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team revenue quotas.
  • Measure, monitor and drive results of the team.
  •  Manage and lead Account Executives to improve customer acquisition through discovery calls, product knowledge, presentation skills, negotiation, follow up, organization, and overall closing effectiveness.
  •  Train team on effective selling skills, product knowledge
  •  Work with the SVP of Sales to increase efficiencies and processes within the department.
  • Lead and develop AEs individually while also building a strong, cohesive, collaborative team that is responsible for generating revenue for airSlate.
  • Support selling strategies based on research and general business acumen
  • Work with marketing on campaigns, including sharing results and making improvements
  • Work with customer success to ensure quality customer experience
  •  Work with revenue operations to ensure effective and efficient sales processes
  • Work with Solutions/Enablement to ensure the team is growing their sales and product knowledge
  • This position is a people manager role reporting to the SVP of Sales.

What we expect from you

> 5+ years sales experience (closing experience)

1+ years management experience

Full sales-cycle management skills, from prospecting to close

Experience up-selling, cross-selling, and hunting new business

Impeccable customer service skills: communication, empathy, and integrity

Ability to set repeatable processes that support a high volume of customer interactions
