About Marketing team:
The marketing team handles comprehensive 360º communication and comprises over 150 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million. As a marketing team member, you’ll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brand’s growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.
And now, we are looking for a Design Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company’s growth.
What you’ll be working on:
- Lead an internal-agency design team supporting multiple SaaS brands with varied SLAs and creative needs;
- Manage relationships with GMs, Brand Managers, and Marketing leads to ensure alignment and accountability;
- Apply UX/UI best practices and collaborate on data-driven design decisions, including A/B testing and iteration;
- Build scalable design ops workflows across different team structures while balancing speed and quality;
- Mentor senior designers in cross-brand execution, stakeholder management, and creative development;
- Maintain brand consistency and design quality across web, campaigns, email, UI/UX, and social;
- Support resourcing and prioritization aligned with business goals and creative opportunities;
- Track KPIs to connect design output with business impact and stakeholder satisfaction;
- Stay current on design ops trends and apply insights to improve processes and outcomes.
What we expect from you:
- Experience leading design teams in in-house agencies or multi-brand setups;
- Proven ability to balance creative quality with operational efficiency across varied stakeholders;
- Strong UX/UI skills, using A/B testing and performance data to guide design decisions;
- Comfortable working in organizations with shared or decentralized responsibilities;
- Trusted relationship-builder with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams and managing complexity;
- Proficient with design and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Wrike);
- Experience setting and tracking KPIs tied to business or marketing outcomes;
- Inclusive, empathetic leader with strong communication skills across formats;
- Advanced English required.
