Job description
You’ve probably heard of us being in love with clever things. We also love working in teams, developing data-driven media strategies with a strong business mindset. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, consider joining us as a Senior Media Strategist. Take a look at what we offer below and see if it aligns with your aspirations.
Your tasks will be
- Management of multi-touchpoint media campaigns (translated into Humanese: you need to have experience in several areas, with an emphasis on digital media: programmatic, ppc and direct media fields).
- Developing comprehensive media strategies and detailed media plans.
- Collaboration with the team, our agency and media partners, and clients. We need you to familiarize yourself with how and why we do things at Mito, so you can be an integral part of any project.
- Participating in new business projects (that sounds vague and opaque and it is - but that’s why it’s so much fun).
We need you to have
- Advanced knowledge of offline and online media market and media consumption trends.
- At least 5 years of work experience as a media planner / strategist at a media / digital agency.
- Strong knowledge about B2B campaign tools and methods.
- Experience with B2B and/or performance focused clients.
- Self-reliance - all the others will help you gladly anytime but we need you to be able to find your own way and own solutions.
- Confidence in speaking in front of others and confidence with your presentations.
- Flawless English knowledge - speaking, thinking, writing or reading. Preferably even dreaming.
- Experience handling multiple tasks at the same time, also known as multitasking. We know some scientists say that’s impossible but we respectfully disagree.
- Experience in working with multinational clients.
- Deadlines should be your best friends and accuracy your middle name. (Now that we see this in writing, it certainly looks creepy. The point is that your projects should be handled accurately and on time. And you should have a cool middle name.)
You can score bonus points if you
- Are informed - have an overview on current trends and best practices in media, and are able to share your knowledge via unsolicited emails. Recipients love it, don’t worry.
