As a Senior Product Manager reporting to the Head of Product in our Provider/Calendar team, your purpose will be to: define and drive the strategic product roadmap for the calendar experience, ensuring it becomes a core proposition for multi-staffer salons; Lead continuous discovery efforts (e.g., in-depth user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking) to deeply understand the needs, workflows, and pain points of our diverse target segments; Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that drive adoption and maximize the business impact of new calendar features; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement; Analyze user behavior (qualitative and quantitative data) to identify opportunities for improving the consumer journey.
Product management experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS context, in a startup and scale-up.
Proven success in identifying market opportunities, understanding diverse user personas.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS offerings, including strategic planning, development, and effective Go-to-Market implementation in partnership with sales and marketing.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and persuasive communication, capable of driving alignment across all levels.
At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
This is a fully remote position, we take pride in being a globally distributed team.
