About the Role:

We’re looking for a world-class Senior Product Marketing Manager to build on Consensus’ leadership position in demo automation and product experience through our next chapter of growth. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to craft bold, compelling narratives about how Consensus customers can achieve transformational outcomes by leveraging buyer insights and AI. With an innovative launch strategy and ambitious goals to deepen our impact with sales and marketing leaders, we’re looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed PMM to know our customers, successfully bring new products to market, and create bold, yet simple messaging that empowers our GTM teams. You’ll be a product expert, storyteller, and a key connector between Consensus, our customers, and the market.

What You’ll Do:

●Own naming, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy to create high-profile product/feature launches that are well-coordinated across the company

●Create content and campaigns that help buyers and customers be successful including written guides, demo videos, webinars and customer stories

●Become an expert on our customers by using product analytics, customer interviews, and market research to guide our vision and innovation roadmap

●Be a strategic partner to our Product team throughout the product development lifecycle by providing customer and market insights and influencing our GTM launch plans

●Enable, educate and inspire our GTM teams to win more deals, in less time through compelling enablement materials and hard hitting collateral

●Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to tell the Consensus product story, strengthen our differentiation in the market, and highlight our customers’ success across our website, blog, social, and other external channels

●Manage our external relationships including our Customer Advisory Board, analysts and advocates to progress Consensus’ position in the marketplace.

●Stay ahead of the competition — conduct closed/won analyses, keep up to date with competitors, and identify the differentiators that keep our narrative fresh and our sellers winning

●Accelerate pipeline and drive product adoption by collaborating with Demand Gen, sales and CS to drive pipeline growth, expansion and adoption.

What We’re Looking For:

●6+ years of relevant work experience, with 3+ years experience in product marketing

●A strategic collaborator with Product teams with a passion for the customer voice

●A skilled writer, communicator and presenter who can make complex technical concepts accessible to a variety of stakeholders and formats including video and in-person events

●Established track record for creating bold, creative messaging that conveys brand and product personality

●A fast moving, creative self-starter who executes with high quality with a strong passion about AI and the possibilities in brings

●Demonstrated analytical skills and a track record for driving measurable impact by setting targets and measuring performance

●You are known as a strong partner and collaborator and you like to have fun (a good sense of humor is a must!)

$150,000 - $170,000 a year

Compensation is anticipated to be between $150,000 - $170,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
