We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager, focusing on the entire customer lifecycle—acquisition, retention, and loyalty. You will deeply understand your target audience’s everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how our solutions help solve customer problems.

What you’re day-to-day will look like:

  • Strategy and Messaging: Create and execute marketing strategies and messaging that resonate with customers, partners, and affiliates.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Work with Product and Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap, focusing on how customers get value from Nextiva solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Lead the creation and delivery of thought leadership content, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert both internally and externally. Develop compelling materials such as whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and speaking engagements to drive industry influence and reinforce Nextiva’s leadership in the industry.
  • Customer Insights: Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering and analyzing feedback, market trends, and buyer behaviors. Use these insights to inform product strategies, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional decisions, ensuring customer needs are at the center of the organization’s priorities.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Research market trends and competitors to highlight Nextiva’s differentiation and provide actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Nextiva solutions, ensuring alignment with product marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales plays, enablement tools, and marketing campaigns to support sales success, while partnering with teams to provide training and resources.

Our compensation packages are tailored to each role and candidate’s qualifications. We consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, training, and certifications, when determining compensation. We aim to offer competitive salaries or wages that reflect the value you bring to our team. Depending on the position, compensation may include base salary and/or hourly wages, incentives, or bonuses.

The expected hiring range is $101,000 - $157,000. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate, resulting in a different hiring range.
