Job Description
Context
Believe is a fast-growing company, and its Digital Workplace services are constantly evolving to adapt to user needs. The Digital Workplace Department is composed of over 12 people, including Digital Workplace Engineers, team leads/project managers, and a HelpDesk team providing user support across the company.
Responsibilities
By joining our Digital Workplace department, you will report to the Head of Digital Workplace Engineering and will be responsible for managing mergers & acquisitions (M&A) projects as well as office relocation projects.
Missions
You will ensure the planning, coordination, and execution of M&A and site move projects, while maintaining business continuity, integrating systems, and aligning with the company’s strategic objectives—all while minimizing the impact on users.
Key Technical Skills
Understanding of Consolidation, Split, Carve-in, and Carve-out operations,
Knowledge of ERP, security, and accessibility regulations,
Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical plans,
Strategic and operational analysis skills (surface, equipment, constraints, budget, timelines, IT service continuity),
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.),
Knowledge of office design principles, space planning, and ergonomics,
Technical knowledge in Windows & Mac systems, infrastructure, networks & communication,
Understanding of user environments and tools (Microsoft O365, Google Workspace suite, Jira, Confluence).
Qualifications

Languages
Fluent in French,
Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1 level preferred).
You will work in an international, fast-growing, and structuring environment. You hold a Master’s degree in IT (BAC+5 or equivalent) and are fluent in both written and spoken English. You have 5+ years of professional experience.
You’ve previously worked in teams of fewer than five people and know how to organize design activities according to ITIL practices, demonstrating rigor, energy, and adaptability.
Preferred Experience
Managing complex projects (involving multiple teams and countries),
Handling IT environment integrations and separations in the context of mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures,
Overseeing office relocations for companies with 50+ employees,
Demonstrating results and value (KPI, feedback).
Expected Soft Skills
Decision-making ability: Capable of making informed decisions to keep the project on track, transparently reporting on progress and challenges, proposing corrective actions, and preparing analysis for arbitration on complex issues.
Anticipation skills: Able to detect weak signals and anticipate potential project risks. You proactively manage team workload and resources and implement workarounds to prevent or mitigate impacts.
Team management: Able to foster teamwork, mobilize resources for success, encourage collaboration, and lead effectively through tensions and potential conflicts.
Delegation & control: Able to structure and lead a project by allocating tasks effectively within the team, ensuring clear instructions and quality execution, reporting on progress and issues, and proposing corrective actions or arbitration options.
Communication skills:
Clearly present project objectives and individual contributions,
Effectively lead steering committees and regularly report progress,
Communicate decisions in a structured way, ensure understanding, and drive implementation,
Prepare users for upcoming changes and support them through the transformation phase.
