BlackStone eIT is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Project Manager, poised to guide our diverse projects within the technology sector. In this key role, you will coordinate and oversee all aspects of project management, from initial concept through completion, ensuring alignment with our business goals and the satisfaction of our clients.
Your expertise will be essential in setting project objectives, developing robust plans, and leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment, driving project success through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Duties:
Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while effectively communicating objectives to stakeholders and team members.
Facilitate project planning sessions and lead regular meetings to track progress and address issues proactively.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, manage conflicts, and ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and report on project performance, making data-driven decisions to ensure successful outcomes.
Mentor and support project team members, fostering professional development and collaboration.
Ensure quality assurance processes are followed to deliver high-standard project outcomes.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify success factors and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous learning and application of best practices.
A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the IT or software development industries.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Exceptional leadership and team motivation skills, with a focus on collaboration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
CMP or PMP certification is preferred.
