Position: Senior Project Manager

Location of the role: Germany

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible to drive forward our digital transformation initiatives. With prior experience as a Business Consultant, our ideal candidate brings a unique blend of technical insight and strategic vision. After hands-on experience in IT support and coding, you’ve transitioned into project management and agile methodologies—building bridges between business, technology, and the people who use it.

You believe in developing innovative solutions that create sustainable value in the world, and you’re passionate about delivering impact through collaborative leadership and clear execution.

In your role, you will make an impact by….

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Developing and managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Championing Agile practices and iterative delivery approaches across project teams.
• Identifying  project risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
• Tracking project performance and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitating retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guiding cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding project scope that align with client needs and add business value.

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

• 10+ years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Strong background in project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
• Experience bridging business goals and technology implementation.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Background in IT support and/or software development is a strong advantage.
