The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and proactive operator—someone who thrives in complexity, balances speed with rigor, and builds systems that scale. You’ll be the kind of person who sees beyond immediate tasks and thinks about how today’s challenges shape tomorrow’s operations. This role is for someone who loves solving for complexity, streamlining go-to-market (GTM) processes, and enabling teams to do their best work through thoughtful, scalable operational design.
In your first 6–12 months, you’ll have taken full ownership of several high-impact RevOps initiatives, significantly improved system usability and reporting, and built trusted relationships across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance. Most importantly, you’ll have made it easier for teams to drive revenue and scale sustainably.
Reporting to the Head of RevOps, this role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. It’s ideal for someone who thinks like an architect, operates like an owner, and communicates like a trusted advisor.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take Ownership and Build for Scale
● Lead and execute projects across RevOps—scoping, planning and managing implementations and ongoing refinement in an complex environment, executing with a high attention to detail.
● Proactively assess how system changes cascade across departments, mitigating issues before they arise
Prioritize Outcomes Over Outputs
● Turn data into insight, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Preset, Gong and more to inform decision-making
● Track performance metrics and flag opportunities for optimization, continuous improvement, or automation
Act as a Connector
● Aid in alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams by improving data hygiene, processes, and enablement
● Deliver clear, actionable communication whether you’re working with end-users or leadership team members.
Enable, Empower, and Build Trust Through Precision
● Own Salesforce and other GTM Systems administration, ensuring high-quality configuration, data integrity, and documentation.
● Drive order operations, deal desk processes, and compensation reporting with accuracy and transparency.
● Support teams through system training, troubleshooting, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures.
We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have:
● Experience with CPQ, Order Ops, Sales Funnel Optimization, Lead-to-Revenue Optimization and other similar RevOps related projects.
● Proven ability to lead initiatives from idea to execution. You are comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are highly proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented.
● Deep experience with Salesforce (certifications preferred), Gong, HubSpot, Planhat, ZoomInfo, and CPQ tools.
● Strong data analysis skills. Experience with reporting and dashboard creation in SalesForceBasic knowledge of SQL (and ideally Python) to communicate effectively with data teams (preferred)
● Deep understanding of lead-to-revenue conversion, quote-to-cash conversion, and sales funnel optimization
● Skilled in managing complex projects across functions with a high degree of autonomy
● Passion for process improvement, automation, and documentation.
● You have experience developing Standard Operating Procedures and enabling operational consistency at scale.
● Strong cross-functional collaborator who brings clarity and calm to complex conversations through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
