Your Impact:

As the Senior Sales Development Representative, you will act as a sales engine responsible for lead generation by engaging new clients in the SEA region. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic team member who is result driven and wants to work for a company where it is possible to progress fast and make an impact.

You should love working with no two days the same and be ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done fast. This position is an entry step for a potential great career path within our growing international tech scale-up.

Your Team:

You will work remotely closely with the Managing Director (who is based in Bangkok, Thailand) and Head of International Sales, while collaborating with Product & Engineering to deeply understand our solutions. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, and collaborative team that values innovation, hard work, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

We are searching for a passionate, ambitious and high achieving team member with a potential to develop with our scaling company. Your days will never be the same, but you will be working on things like:

  • Identify qualified leads and create new sales opportunities through creative research methods (a combination of outbound activity and follow-up activities)
  • Initiate and nurture strong relationships with prospects to develop an active pipeline for Amity’s sales department.
  • Pitch new ideas and contribute with valuable insights into the market to persuade key decision-makers across all levels and business types.
  • Grow database of prospects within your assigned territory and maintain precise records in our CRM.
  • Hit and consistently exceed weekly and monthly targets

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Communications, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in account management within the technology or SaaS sector, with a strong focus on enterprise clients and B2B sales
  • Strong command of English with business-level fluency (spoken and written)
  • Candidates residing in Southeast Asia are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Proven track record of managing strategic or corporate accounts, building and maintaining sales pipelines, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, lead generation, or account management is essential

  • This role offers remote flexibility, with priority given to candidates based in Southeast Asia. We’re looking for someone who can work independently with strong discipline and a high sense of ownership in their day-to-day tasks. Occasional travel is expected.
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven, with a hunter mentality.
  • A passion for technology and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments is essential.
  • Bonus points if you enjoy networking and engaging with prospects at industry events.
