Packmatic

We operate a digital purchasing platform for customized packaging across Europe. We help over 300 customers, including FMCG, industrial, and e-commerce companies like Zalando, YFOOD, and CoffeeCircle, find packaging suppliers. Our customers save an average of 16% on their packaging expenses.

We connect customers with over 350 European packaging suppliers using our Smart Matching technology. We also help them meet requirements for recyclability, supply chain transparency, and CO2 reduction with our sustainability tools and expertise.

Our sourcing solution follows a four-step process: a Kickoff Call to understand specific needs, Supplier Matching to identify suitable suppliers, a Results Presentation of comparative offers, and Implementation to guide supplier setup and efficient re-ordering. We also offer “Packa,” a software solution for managing packaging specifications. We currently focus on flexible packaging, with more than 220 flexible packaging suppliers and 150 paper-based packaging suppliers, and operate as a Germany-based contract partner.
