As a Senior SEO Specialist you will:

  • Develop and execute long-term SEO strategies that drive ROI-focused growth for our clients.

  • Lead client communications, presenting complex SEO insights and strategy recommendations in an engaging, actionable manner.

  • Optimize websites for technical SEO, content, and off-site strategies, ensuring sustainable search visibility.

  • Implement growth hacking techniques, including rapid experimentation and data-driven optimizations.

  • Identify business needs and design high-impact, scalable SEO campaigns leveraging automation, machine learning, and no-code tools.

  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery expansion and analysis.

  • Manage and oversee non-standard SEO projects such as large-scale site migrations, penalty recovery, and AI-enhanced content strategies.

  • Conduct advanced technical SEO audits, including performance analysis, indexing issues, and structured data implementation.

  • Modify SEO elements in the code of our clients’ websites, taking into account changes affecting the entire site.

  • Make simple server-side changes (e.g. modifying .htaccess) to clients’ websites.

  • Work closely with content, link building and client teams to constantly improve ROI for clients.

  • Take an active part in the development of processes and operational standards.

  • Lead the adoption of AI SEO, staying ahead of industry changes and search engine algorithms.

  • Create comprehensive training materials and confidently train other team members on SEO best practices and techniques.

  • Mentor, coach, and advise more junior members of the team.

  • Starting salaries of 13 000 - 16 000 PLN net +VAT on B2B contract or 10 700 - 13 200 PLN gross on Contract of Employment.

Requirements

Must have:

  • 4+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.

  • Proven experience developing effective SEO strategies that return ROI for clients based on technical and competitor analysis.

  • Growth hacking mindset: experience in testing unconventional strategies, leveraging automation, and improving ROI through rapid iteration.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present SEO strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance SEO performance and executing data-driven strategies to maximize organic traffic from AI-powered search experiences.

  • Ability to create simple scripts to automate data analysis and processing.

  • Ability to understand a client’s business model and use it to develop an SEO strategy and set campaign goals.

  • Ability to independently carry out comprehensive SEO analyses of sites analysing on-site and off-site elements in depth.

  • Experience developing scalable content strategies, including AI-assisted content generation.

  • Experience working on a range of SEO verticals (Local SEO, Voice Search, eCommerce SEO etc.).

  • Ability to create project management plans and keep client projects on track.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates and best practices in SEO.

  • Ability to articulately explain SEO strategies to client managers, clients etc.

  • Experience with SEO research tools including Ahrefs, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog and SEMRush.

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Data Studio.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle SEO challenges at scale.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines while driving results through cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in creating and conducting SEO related training.

  • Command of the English language at a minimum B2 proficiency level.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on SEO campaigns targeting multiple locations/languages.

  • Proficiency in no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable) for SEO automation.

  • Expertise in a particular technical solution such as CMS, framework, back-end, etc., and the ability to leverage it for SEO purposes.

  1. Screening Call - at this step you’ll get to know more about us and we get to more about you.
  2. Recruitment Task - a quick test of your ability that will give us insight on how you operate and you’ll see a typical problem you might face in your day to day task.
  3. Team Leader Interview - final interview with the Team Leader of the team where you’ll discuss the results of the previous steps and discuss the position in detail.
  4. Feedback - we will return to you with the results of the recruitment process.
