CPT-9547 Squarespace & Buffer Content + SEO Specialist
REQUIRED SERVICE: Marketing Support VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Senior to Advanced Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 10 hours/week
SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST
SHIFT HOURS: Anytime starting from 8:00 AM onward
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday – If a task takes 4 hours in one day, the VA can have another day off as long as the total remains 10 hours/week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and publish 2+ blog posts weekly on Squarespace
- Repurpose blog content into LinkedIn and Google My Business posts
- Create 5 LinkedIn posts from blog content
- Create 1 Google My Business post weekly
- Plan and schedule social media content 1–2 weeks in advance using Buffer
- Ensure all digital campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions
- Assist with video placement for LinkedIn and YouTube (1 video weekly to start)
- Submit finalized articles to online publications (forms & uploads)
- Create LinkedIn carousel posts
- Conduct light research on various topics
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willing to join a 15‑minute daily morning huddle via Zoom for questions and alignment (very important)
- 5+ years of professional experience with Squarespace and current SEO best practices
- Proven track record using Buffer for automation and scheduling
- Native‑level written and verbal English communication skills
- Detail‑oriented and responsive; able to deliver assignments within 24 hours when needed
- Available during U.S. business hours for prompt feedback and edits

- SEMrush (must know how to use, interpret, and resolve SEO issues flagged by SEMrush; training will be provided if needed)
