What We Are Looking For
We seek a skilled Senior Staff Product Manager to join SentinelOne and lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for ensuring secure and compliant access to our systems and resources, continuously monitoring for vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, and providing innovative solutions that conform to high security standards while maintaining a delightful user experience. As an IAM Product Manager, you will oversee the development, management, and optimization of our IAM solutions.
This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with customers, partners, IT, legal, compliance, and security teams, as well as your peers in product management. You will work closely with the Singularity Platform engineering team to bring new features and capabilities to market for our customers and partners. You will join our Global Product Team and work with teams from Israel, the Czech Republic, the US, and more.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and maintain the IAM product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage the IAM lifecycle from ideation to deprecation, ensuring smooth user transitions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and enhance IAM features.
- Work with security teams to implement best practices and address vulnerabilities.
- Ensure IAM features are well-documented, easy to use, and meet high-quality and performance standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IAM-related inquiries and support escalations.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IAM usage, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish a shared vision of the IAM platform within the company while working with cross-functional team members.
- Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products and features.
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of IAM technologies and protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
- Experience with IAM ecosystem tools and technologies, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and identity governance.
- Previous experience with security and compliance audits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technology into business terms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with local and remote teams in different time zones.
- Experience with SaaS Platforms and cloud-native technologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Salesforce, and Figma is a plus.
