As a Senior Strategic Partner Manager (Farmer) at interface.ai, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and scalability of our existing partner relationships. This operationally focused role is designed for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives on driving measurable impact. You will own partner onboarding, attribution, and performance reporting, supporting our lead generation and revenue acceleration goals for FY26. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product, you’ll help optimize partner engagement and ensure alignment across the go-to-market strategy.
What you will do:
Lead onboarding and activation efforts for new partners in fintech, digital banking, payments, and core platform ecosystems.
Develop and maintain internal documentation, onboarding flows, and partner knowledge base content to streamline activation.
Own Salesforce/CRM operations related to partnerships, including partner attribution, referral tagging, pipeline visibility, and lead source tracking.
Build dashboards and reports to analyze and communicate partner performance, deal outcomes, and influenced pipeline impact.
Create and maintain simple financial models for revenue sharing and partner-influenced deal forecasting.
Deliver performance metrics and insights during internal reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners.
Monitor ongoing partner engagement post-launch, identifying opportunities to improve support, training, and pipeline alignment.
Partner with Marketing to coordinate co-branded events, webinars, and campaigns that align with partner and GTM goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure GTM readiness, lead quality, and reporting accuracy for all partner-influenced opportunities.
What you will bring:
5–10 years of experience in partner enablement, strategic operations, account management, or B2B SaaS partnerships.
Strong knowledge of the fintech and banking ecosystem, including digital banking, core platforms, and payment vendors.
Proven expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot with an emphasis on CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and data visualization.
Ability to synthesize performance data and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and partners.
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong documentation, reporting, and process improvement skills.
A proactive, communicative mindset with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage competing priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with cross-functional team alignment.
Compensation
Total compensation is expected to be between $180,000–$200,000, including a variable performance-based component. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience and location.
