As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ve got deep expertise in hiring creative, technical, or engineering talent, and now you’re ready to shape more than just pipelines. You are someone who’s got ideas for how to make hiring smarter, faster, and more human—whether that’s through better interview training, smarter sourcing automation, or creating standout candidate experiences. This role isn’t for an “order-taker” recruiter. It’s a for a partner. You’ll be side by side with hiring managers—coaching them, challenging them, and helping them design hiring practices that work.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across engineering and creative disciplines.

  • Source and engage top talent through platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, and beyond.

  • Drive important recruitment projects - from employer branding and interview training to AI & automation in hiring.

  • Advise and coach hiring managers to build strong and scalable hiring practices.

  • Champion a data-driven mindset - using metrics to continuously improve and inform decisions.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within SaaS, tech, creative, or advertising environments.

  • Proven success hiring for technical and/or creative roles (e.g., CGI, 3D, motion design, engineering).

  • Experience driving recruitment initiatives from concept to execution (employer branding, training, process improvements).

  • Confidence in coaching hiring managers and influencing stakeholders with market insights.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - you don’t wait for the brief; you help shape it.

  • Comfort using data to inform hiring decisions, track progress, and elevate the candidate experience.

  • Strong English communication skills - written and verbal
