Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to independently manage HR KPIs, reporting, and analysis across multiple countries. Key responsibilities include:
Prepare standardized reports and conduct gap analyses on performance vs. targets.
Monitor risks, trends, and financial forecasts, supporting budget and workforce planning.
Analyze and track HR KPIs (IWC, EWC, FTE) and contribute to month-end closing.
Collaborate with HR International Business Partners and senior management on workforce-related discussions and planning.
Support top management with insights and forecasts, including cost analysis (headcount, FX impact).
Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience in HR analytics, reporting, and strategic workforce planning.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership (VP/SVP level).
Skilled in complex analysis, forecasting, and budget management.
Experience with HR KPIs and workforce cost analysis.
Leadership capabilities to guide teams and improve reporting standards.
