Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent PART- TIME Social Media Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and repurpose video content into reels, shorts, and stories.
- Design and schedule social media posts using Canva or similar tools.
- Develop weekly content calendars and organize raw content from events, shoots, and daily moments.
- Write captions that align with our tone (spiritual, real estate-savvy, motivational).
- Monitor engagement and analytics to optimize performance.
- Assist with branding consistency across all content.
- Keep folders and digital assets well-organized and up to date.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Assistant or in similar roles.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or other video editing tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook scheduling tools.
- Excellent grasp of brand voice and content strategy.
- Organized, creative, and deadline-driven.
- Portfolio or examples of past content/reels is a big plus.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this Part-Time (20 H/W) position varies from (USD) $500 - $1,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor,ย through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
