We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Operations Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation through calling, email outreach, and CRM follow-ups
- Set up appointments, respond to inquiries, and maintain communication logs
- Manage and organize Google Calendar with appointments, reminders, and deadlines
- Handle basic bookkeeping (expense tracking, P&L logs, receipt organization)
- Assist with transaction coordination and CRM management
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-up tasks, and daily to-do lists
- Research and compile property and market data as needed
- Support email and systems organization (Google Drive, Slack, etc.)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Operations Support.
- Experience with real estate or property management (plus)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., FollowUp Boss, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this Part-time position varies from (USD) $500 - $1,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor,Β through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
