What we’re looking for
Supra is a rapidly growing Web3 company building cutting-edge infrastructure for the decentralized future. We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Engagement Specialist with deep familiarity in Crypto Twitter to help us expand our brand voice, engage with key communities, and shape real-time conversation in the Web3 space.
Role Overview:
This role requires someone who lives in the rhythm of Crypto Twitter. You’re not just chasing engagement, you understand the cultural nuance, timing, and context that turn replies into momentum. If you can think three tweets ahead, write with personality, and know when to be bold or strategic, this could be your entry point into one of the fastest-moving ecosystems in tech.
Responsibilities
Identify relevant Twitter conversations to join, from founder insights to protocol launches and ecosystem updates.
Work closely with the Growth team to design and execute engagement strategies through real-time replies.
Write witty, timely, and insightful responses that build brand visibility and community credibility.
Manage multiple Twitter accounts, maintaining consistency in voice, tone, and engagement.
Track trends, meme cycles, and sentiment shifts within Web3 and DeFi communities..
Are you the right person for this role?
The ideal candidate has:
Demonstrated experience or enthusiasm for engaging on Crypto Twitter through a personal or brand handle (examples welcome).
Strong writing skills and an intuitive grasp of meme culture, digital tone, and conversational timing.
Knowledge of the Web3 space, including key players, communities, and current narratives.
Ability to manage multiple threads and voices simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-context environment.
