PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: As a key member of the global governance, risk and compliance team, you will be responsible for the creation and on-going management of the Rackspace eGRC platform, creation of the unified risk and control framework, and its consumption into the GRC tool of choice - RSA Archer.
Using your wealth of industry, technical and GRC subject matter expertise, you will develop organizational processes and deploy the RSA Archer modules to support the following areas:
Operational Risk Management.
IT Security Risk Management.
Control framework development and management (PCI, ISO 27001, SOC, NIST).
Control testing and automation.
Third Party/Vendor Assurance.
Audit Management.
Reporting and analytics.
Policy Management.
Analytics and Reporting
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Rackspace is global leader in cloud infrastructure and application management and is constantly innovating to ensure our clients receive best in class service. It is essential that our internal environment and the environment used to support our clients is operating securely and effectively.
The eGRC project and associated on-going program is a highly visible, business critical initiative. We are currently recruiting to support 2 primary workstreams central to the successful delivery of this project.
Activities to prepare the business to move into eGRC (RSA Archer)
Implementation and development of eGRC tooling (RSA Archer)
You will possess the necessary skills and experience to support at least 1 of these workstreams, ideally both. Therefore, our high level desirable skills and experience for this role are:
Ability to consume, rationalize business requirements in the context of eGRC tooling and RSA Archer.
Provide guidance to teams and stakeholders on ideal operating models which are consumable by RSA Archer.
Development and prioritization of project workstreams to ensure RSA Archer dependencies are identified and managed early in the project lifecycle
Creation and development of a unified control framework to enable consumption by RSA Archer.
Technical skills to configure and develop RSA Archer to meet requirements.
Technical understanding of ‘ideal’ archer deployment architecture in order to articulate technical requirements to the teams who manage the underpinning infrastructure.
Understanding of the RSA Archer suite of products to ensure the correct modules are planned and deployed.
Ability to create technical and non-technical documentation
Understanding of data management and data quality techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to articulate issues in non-GRC, and non-technical verbiage.
Managed of Archer testing and release management.
Need a seasoned professional who has strong Archer knowledge.
Someone who can come in build applications from the ground up, support them going forward, offer guidance and advice etc.
Someone who has a proven track record of working with Archer on large, enterprise-wide roll outs.
