What Does This Role Entail:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on client lifecycle management. Key Expectations
3-5 years of professional experience in the software industry (preferably SaaS)
Strong experience in Python, Typescript or C# ecosystems
Hands-on experience with using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) in production environments
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques, including prompt engineering and performance benchmarking
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, DynamoDB)
Understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
