Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls for a law firm
  • Contact existing clients to ask about service and get good responses from attorneys and case managers
  • Ask clients to leave Google reviews
  • Maintain relationships with clients as part of the firm's marketing efforts (e.g., sending birthday cards, flowers)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in international teams
  • Knowledge of email automation processes and software
  • Experience working with Western customers
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with customer surveys and collecting feedback
  • Understanding of American customers & their expectations
