Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls for a law firm
- Contact existing clients to ask about service and get good responses from attorneys and case managers
- Ask clients to leave Google reviews
- Maintain relationships with clients as part of the firm's marketing efforts (e.g., sending birthday cards, flowers)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in international teams
- Knowledge of email automation processes and software
- Experience working with Western customers
- Advanced MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with customer surveys and collecting feedback
- Understanding of American customers & their expectations
