As Switch Platforms Commercial Lead, you will lead and grow our portfolio and revenue from switch platforms (Riobok, Hyperguest, etc). This role owns the commercial relationships, manages platform performance, and drives incremental value across unmanaged markets and non-chain hotels.
This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Europe, preferably Portugal or Spain.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with all switch platforms.
Lead negotiations for contracts, service level agreements, and exclusivity terms.
Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and address parity issues.
Collaborate with the API team to ensure seamless integration and efficient onboarding.
Coordinate with Regional and Chains teams to prevent channel conflicts.
Drive expansion into new markets and improve feed quality in unmanaged destinations.
Maximize platform ROI through regular performance reviews and supplier management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in account management or supply partnerships, preferably in the ground transport sector or travel tech.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B travel platforms, API integrations, and ground transport logistics.
Technical Fluency: Familiarity with reservation platforms, XML/API connections, and dynamic content management.
Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); Additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French, Russian) are a plus.
Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successful commercial negotiations and supplier relationship management.
Analytical skills. Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, good with numbers, excellent negotiation and commercial contracting skills. Strong analytical mind – comfortable with dashboards and reporting.
