The Systems Administrator is a crucial component to ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. An ideal candidate for our team would have a minimum of 5 years experience in systems administration experience. This role requires the ability to work well on a remote team.

What you’ll do…
Be an active and contributing part of the growing IT Team with the goal of ensuring a solid user experience
Manage the M365 Tenant (e.g., Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, security & compliance basics, licensing, conditional access, mail flow)
SharePoint Online support & light administration (site collection builds, permissions, content, basic governance, user issue triage)
Azure administration of subscriptions and resources (Assist in projects to improve and standardize use, security, and cost management)
Support and administer Slack workspaces and provide support for Slack applications and workflows
Partner with the broader IT team on projects and tasks, Software management, etc…
Provide best in class customer service, clear written communication, automate repeatable tasks where practical
You should have…
Notion experience (space/page structure, permissions, and user enablement)
Slack administration (org settings, app management, channels, workflows, integrations)
Experience supporting or building processes managing end-user services
Experience PowerShell scripting
Ability to operate at a rapid pace
Successful track record of administering, documenting and implementing new technologies
Attention to documenting detailed processes and steps to add to internal knowledge bases
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power Automate and/or other automation tools (e.g., Logic Apps, Zapier; building and maintaining flows)
Working knowledge of JSON and core programming concepts (variables, conditionals, APIs, webhooks).
Experience with Rippling IT Management (device/user lifecycle, provisioning, workflows)
Experience with Notion, Slack, Zoom, M365, Azure, SAML SSO, SCIM
