This includes managing Windows, Mac, virtual workstations, Active Directory, Office 365, Google services, and Saas data flows. The team ensures efficient account setup, permission management, and software configurations. By optimizing tools and systems for security, efficiency, and reliability, the team supports a productive work environment.

What would you do in this role? You’ll work closely with the IT Support (FIX), Security, and Cloud Operations teams to provide internal tech solutions. We’re looking for a Systems Administrator with experience in Windows and Mac administration (via Intune, Kandji), Microsoft/Azure management, VM management, Email security, Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management, and SaaS tool administration (e.g Atlassian). workflow and automation building, and administration in various SaaS tools (ie, Atlassian). You will streamline onboarding/offboarding workflows and take a hands-on approach to managing SaaS systems (Okta, AD) and automation tools. You’ll also prioritize projects and act as a technical escalation point.

But what does this role actually do?

  • Work closely with fellow SysAdmins, and other teams such as Fool IT Experience and Security to optimize  processes and tech management.
  • Empower, enable and equip your SysAdmin colleagues to perform their roles well - their success is your success.
  • Manage our company’s SaaS applications, handling access management and user flow (Okta, SailPoint Identity Now, Microsoft O365, Google, Zoom, Slack, UKG to name a few).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner and follow through with Fools to make sure they have what they need to be successful.

  • Ensure our FIX team is set up for success by proactively sharing knowledge or new processes with them before they are put in front of our customers.

  • Good project planning and goal tracking chops. You’re able to juggle planned work and ad-hoc support requests, pivoting on a dime, to help the team succeed in executing both.
  • Strong critical thinking skills. You have a knack for spotting patterns and stopping fires before they happen. Always one step ahead!
  • Ability to find and build solutions regardless of prior experience with system and tech - get creative, be innovative, challenge yourself.
  • Be a team player who proactively shares - we’re all about teaching each other pro-tips.
