In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our technical consulting business by identifying and attracting top talent. Your ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers, coupled with your knowledge of the technical industry, will be instrumental in building a high-performing team to drive our business forward.

We are looking for experienced Recruiters with a passion for finding people that push technologies to the limits and who will work with our clients to build the highest performing teams.

Your activities will include:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates.

  • Craft compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.

  • Actively engage with passive candidates, building relationships and promoting the company as an employer of choice.

2. Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and compatibility with the company’s requirements.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

3. Candidate Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

  • Regularly update candidate profiles with relevant information and feedback.

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers (including client side):

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and expectations.

  • Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

  • Facilitate the decision-making process and offer feedback to improve selection.

5. Offer and Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in extending job offers to selected candidates, including negotiations and explanation of benefits.

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process by coordinating with HR and IT departments to set up new employees for success.

6. Data and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring outcomes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and make data-driven improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years in recruiting for technical roles, especially in software development, data engineering, DevOps, or business consulting.

  • Familiarity with technical methodologies and industry-specific terminology.

  • Experience with interview techniques and assessment methods for technical candidates.

  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

  • Certifications in HR or recruitment fields are a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Basic understanding of technical roles and skills relevant to software development, data engineering, and DevOps.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Adept at using various sourcing methods and social media platforms for recruitment.

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn about emerging technologies and industry trends.
