Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with strong expertise in databases such as PostgreSQL, CloudSQL, or similar technologies.
Extensive experience in MarTech technologies, including platforms related to customer data, automation, personalization, or campaign management.
5+ years of experience in the retail industry, ideally working on consumer-facing or omnichannel solutions.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present effectively and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to prioritize and operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities.
Solid understanding of modern software architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices — be prepared to demonstrate this during the interview process.
- 2+ years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.
