About the role:
The Tech Operations Specialist will serve as the systems owner, integrator, and optimization lead across all platforms powering the business. You will be responsible for managing and refining our tech stack—from CRM workflows to HR tool integrations that support hiring, onboarding, and sales operations.
This role is for someone who loves solving workflow challenges, thrives in no-code/low-code environments, and wants to own backend systems that create real business results. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, sales, and recruiting to ensure our internal infrastructure is running at top speed.
Key Responsibilities:
Own admin setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms:
- CRM/ATS: Go High Level, Simera, Pearl Talents, MyOutDesk, Indeed
- Recruiting Tools: LinkedIn, Gem Groups
Collaboration & File Management: Microsoft 365, Dropbox, LastPass
Operations & Payroll: Gusto, DocuSign, Monday.com
Build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards
Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates or configuration changes
Support Recruiting with applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel setup
Use Zapier and native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms
Document platform usage SOPs and train internal users on new features or tools
Manage permissioning, user setup, and tech hygiene for compliance
Research and recommend new tools as the business scales
2–4+ years in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management
Experienced with Go High Level, Monday.com, Gusto, and LastPass
Familiar with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com
Confident in documenting workflows and training others on system use
Strong problem-solver with a detail-oriented, tech-first mindset
Excited to support cross-functional teams through platform enablement
Bonus points for EOS/Traction operations familiarity
