We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate critical technology initiatives across our engineering and infrastructure teams. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing complex projects, proactively mitigating risks, and aligning cross-functional teams toward delivery goals. If you combine strong organizational skills with a solid technical background and a passion for driving execution, we’d love to connect. Experience or familiarity with DevOps practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and complete multiple technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Oversee project tracking, team coordination, and delivery of engineering and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; act proactively to resolve blockers and resource contentions.
  • Lead stakeholder communication by providing transparent and structured updates on objectives, timelines, risks, and critical issues.
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of priorities.
  • Manage and document changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using standardized change control practices.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation (plans, risks, decisions, retrospectives).
  • Champion continuous improvement in project execution, workflow, and communication processes within the tech organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in complex infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE-related domains.
  • Technical background (e.g., software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture).
  • Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent tech projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent risk and dependency management skills; ability to foresee blockers and proactively resolve them.
  • Experience in using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into business context.
  • Experience managing change control and scope negotiation in agile environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality project documentation and stakeholder updates.

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of SRE/DevOps practices, incident management, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Experience working in scale-up or high-growth fintech or trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, Kanban.
  • Experience managing projects in regulated environments (e.g., financial services).
