We are currently looking for a UI/UX Developer to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, as well as experience in DevOps practices. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences while ensuring smooth deployment and integration processes.
Responsibilities:
· Design and Development:
o Create high-quality UI designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
o Develop and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks.
o Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
· User Experience:
o Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
o Develop user personas, user journeys, and storyboards.
o Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.
· Collaboration:
o Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
o Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the overall user experience vision.
o Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.
· Optimization and Maintenance:
o Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
o Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
o Maintain and update existing UI designs and components.
· DevOps:
o Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes.
o Monitor and maintain the health of development and production environments.
o Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features.
o Automate and optimize deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, staging, and production environments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
· Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer with DevOps experience or similar role.
· Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and development work.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
· Experience with front-end development frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
· Solid understanding of responsive design, web standards, and accessibility principles.
· Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
· Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
-English C1 or above is required.
Skills:
· Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.
· Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar is a plus.
· Experience with AI and Chat GPT models is a plus.
