At Pavago We’re currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a remote UX/UI Designer role. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a modern digital product team where your design skills will directly influence both user experience and brand perception.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Visual Identity
- Design and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, icon sets, typography, and visual guidelines
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing assets
- Develop creative collateral that aligns with product messaging and business objectives
UI/UX Design
- Design seamless, user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile platforms
- Translate complex user flows into clean, intuitive designs using Figma
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and functionality
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategy with product goals
- Clearly communicate design decisions and receive feedback constructively
- Ensure smooth handoff of finalized assets with detailed specifications for development
Motion Design & Micro-Interactions (Plus)
- Create subtle animations or micro-interactions to elevate the digital experience
- Contribute motion design elements to marketing or onboarding flows (preferred but not required)

Required Experience & Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in a product design and/or brand identity role
Strong portfolio that highlights:
- End-to-end product design for web and mobile (including responsive layouts)
- Development of logo systems, iconography, and visual brand guidelines
- Clean, user-focused UI and interactive prototypes
Expert-level proficiency in:
- Figma (layouts, design systems, prototyping)
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (branding, graphics, and asset creation)
Ability to translate abstract concepts into polished visual experiences
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience working with agile product teams in collaborative design workflows
Strong organization and attention to detail with consistent visual execution
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Start your day reviewing design feedback or syncing with the product team to clarify feature goals. From refining mobile UI layouts and updating brand assets to presenting new iconography or tweaking interaction flows, every task contributes to the broader product and brand vision. By afternoon, you’re testing prototypes, polishing assets for developers, or brainstorming motion enhancements that make the experience smoother and more memorable.
