Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas
- Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the South Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
- Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the South Region
Benefits
- Base compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 annually
- Commission eligible
