Summary

Join Garner's dynamic team as a Vice President to oversee the South Region, leading and managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives to drive sales growth within the 50 to 5,000 life segment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas
  • Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the South Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
  • Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region
  • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the South Region

Benefits

  • Base compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 annually
  • Commission eligible
