Founded in 2015, we have a 95% success rate for executive hires. 65% of our clients return for additional services, and 80% of our placements stay in their roles for over two years. Our placements are diverse: 73% identify as people of color and 70% as women. We recently expanded our executive search services to include the healthcare sector.
