We’re looking for a Vice President of Account Management to take an established enterprise-focused team and grow it to include a programmatic approach required to support a large number of SMB SaaS clients. This person also needs to bring a more client-focused executive presence capable of handling client escalations and complex renewals.
Looking for a leader who can elevate the function, align teams, and drive long-term retention and growth. You’ll report directly to the CRO and guide both strategic enterprise relationships and high-volume SMB programs across a high-impact SaaS portfolio.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and evolve a functional account management strategy into a fully scalable, customer-first program
- Support enterprise clients with white-glove service while introducing automation and one-to-many solutions for SMBs
- Own the renewal and retention process, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Build frameworks for account segmentation, QBRs, and customer lifecycle health tracking
- Lead with empathy, clarity, and confidence, guiding internal teams and client relationships alike
- Serve as a key advisor to the CRO and executive team on customer insights, risks, and growth opportunities
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Experience, or Client Success, ideally in a SaaS environment
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive-level role
- Experience supporting both enterprise and SMB customers and scaling structure around both
- A proven track record of retention gains, program design, and team leadership
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive presence
- A people-first leadership style grounded in results, not ego

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: Base salary up to $200,000, plus performance-based variable compensation.
