Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and acquisition initiatives
- Provide financial leadership and insights to support overall business strategy
- Lead the financial due diligence process for potential acquisitions, assessing financial risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and structure acquisition deals
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide regular financial reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Evaluate and optimize the company's capital structure to support growth and acquisition activities
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and external financial partners
- Identify and manage financial risks associated with acquisitions and business operations
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls
- Develop and execute financial integration plans for acquired companies, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with overall financial goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements
- Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to the executive team and board of directors
- Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
