Our client is looking for an energetic Vice President of Regional Sales to drive sales achievements and operational superiority across a multi-state territory, overseeing roughly 400 sites with bold expansion objectives on the horizon.
This represents a transformational career opportunity for an established sales executive prepared to advance into a senior leadership position with distinct progression possibilities in a rapidly scaling organization.
The Position
As Vice President, you’ll serve as the catalyst for both sales achievements and operational excellence throughout our client’s Midwest territory. This is primarily a sales-focused leadership position - you’ll dedicate 60% of your time advancing two separate sales channels while maintaining operational standards across hundreds of sites.
Core Responsibilities:
Performance Management: Drive KPI achievements across geographically distributed sales teams through analytical leadership and direct mentoring
Sales Leadership: Oversee and enhance performance of two sales divisions: Growth Directors (B2B new site acquisition/partnerships) and Area Sales Managers (B2C/B2B customer acquisition)
Operational Oversight: Maintain consistent service delivery and operational benchmarks across all sites. Track customer satisfaction indicators and execute improvement plans to enhance experience and retention
Regional Management: Direct regional strategy to achieve or surpass revenue, occupancy, expansion and profitability objectives. Foster data-driven decision-making and ongoing innovation aligned with market developments
Strategic Execution: Champion regional expansion initiatives as the organization scales
Business Development: Recognize and leverage growth prospects, including new market penetration and expansion within current markets. Collaborate with sales and marketing divisions to accelerate regional conversion and customer acquisition. Track real estate market dynamics to spot emerging opportunities and evaluate project profitability
Hands-on sales foundation - you’ve built a progressive sales career and personally negotiated deals in your earlier professional journey
10+ years of advancing sales leadership experience with a multi-site organization (retail, hospitality, services, commercial real estate- enterprise side, telecommunications, financial services with branch operations, or comparable distributed business structures)
Dynamic, entrepreneurial setting experience with accelerated growth/transformation
MBA or comparable advanced business qualification
B2B and B2C sales expertise - proficient with both enterprise accounts and individual business customers
Multi-site sales leadership spanning geographical territories (regional director level experience highly valued)
Available for frequent travel throughout the territory
Base compensation range: $300,000-$350,000
Long-term incentive program with equity participation
