We were founded in 2019, with headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and an office in Redwood City, California. We operate in the Medical Device industry, focusing on continuous health monitoring and clinical intelligence for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).

We offer a medical-grade Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform. Our main product is the FDA-cleared BioButton® wearable device, which continuously captures vital signs, physiological biometrics, and symptomatic events. The system also includes the BioButton® Multi-Patient wearable and the BioDashboard™ clinical intelligence solution, which provides advanced analytics for detailed patient trending and reporting. The BioButton system uses flexible gateways, including a patient-facing BioMobile app, BioHub Cellular gateway, and BioHub Wi-Fi gateway.

Our solutions are designed for proactive patient monitoring and early detection of deterioration. We serve clinicians, healthcare providers, and organizations, providing medical-grade remote care from in-hospital settings to home environments, including post-acute care and hospital-at-home programs. Our solutions aim to improve patient safety by reducing unplanned ICU admissions, rapid response team activations, and hospital stays. They also improve operational efficiency by reducing length of stay, optimizing virtual rounding, and reducing telemetry overuse. Additionally, the system increases patient and nurse satisfaction by minimizing nighttime spot checks and focusing care on patients most in need. It also supports transitional care programs by reducing facility length of stay, preventing readmissions, and supporting RPM reimbursement.
