We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and organized Airbnb Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. In this remote position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 10 Airbnb listings by managing guest communication, property upkeep, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Guest Communication:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests via email, booking platforms, and text message.
- Manage guest inquiries before, during, and after their stay.
- Facilitate check-in and check-out processes, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience.
- Property Management:
- Coordinate and manage cleaning services for all 10 properties to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for new guests.
- Conduct inventory checks of essential supplies and amenities, and restock as needed.
- Liaise with maintenance providers to address any repairs or maintenance issues identified by guests or during routine inspections.
- Listing Maintenance:
- Ensure all listing details on Airbnb are accurate and up-to-date, including photos, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Monitor competitor listings and suggest improvements to optimize our Airbnb offerings.
- Scheduling and Organization:
- Maintain a master calendar to manage bookings across all 10 properties to avoid conflicts.
- Oversee communication and scheduling between cleaning services, maintenance providers, and guests.
- Handle any guest cancellations or rebookings in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in short-term rental customer service or and hospitality industry, or rental property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer software and comfortable using online platforms like Airbnb, email, and scheduling tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Airbnb policies and best practices is a plus.
