We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise as a paralegal to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Judgment Enforcement: Assist in enforcing court judgments by handling legal documentation, filings, and follow-ups.
Legal Document Preparation: Draft and file court documents, writs of execution, and other necessary paperwork related to collections and small claims cases.
Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support judgment enforcement and collections processes.
Court Filing & Administrative Support: Manage online court filings and document submissions in various states.
Communication: Coordinate with attorneys, courts, and relevant parties regarding legal proceedings.
General Paralegal Support: Provide additional support with administrative tasks as needed (approx. 20% of the role).
Experience in Judgment Enforcement is a must (filing writs of execution, legal collections, etc.).
Prior experience as a paralegal for U.S.-based attorneys is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of legal procedures and court filing systems in the U.S.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Ability to take initiative and complete tasks without constant follow-up.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience working with breach of contract, civil litigation, and judgment enforcement/collections.
Background as a former attorney in another country (not required but highly preferred).
Ability to handle multiple tasks eciently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 4$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
