The Workday HRIS Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the HRIS, which includes various modules for Core Data, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. As we implement and transition to a new HRIS, this role is also responsible for assisting with the accurate setup of the new system while maintaining our current HRIS system (Ceridian Dayforce) through the end of 2025.
The ideal candidate for this role is organized, collaborative, analytical,and has great attention to detail! They must be comfortable working independently, with the flexibility to change priorities, as the needs of the department change. They’ll work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to configure, test, and launch Workday modules, while also supporting ongoing system enhancements and user adoption.A strong working knowledge of Excel and overall adaptability to new programsare a must! The ideal candidate will also be able to handle a fast-paced work environment while being able to handle sensitive and confidential information. This position can be remote with PST, MST, or CST working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Workday go-live process, including data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder training.
- Inputs, supports, and maintains data integrity in all systems in the Human Resources function for all employees
- Creates, maintains, and distributes various reports on an ad-hoc basis, while consistently looking for ways to optimize the Workday system.
- Creates reports for state and federal compliance such as AAP, EEOC, and Vets-4212
- Manages audits for 1095-C filing for ACA
- Supports upgrades or changes to current HRIS system and facilitates implementation of new HRIS
- Performing quality checks of employee data and reports to ensure accuracy
- Respond promptly to inquiries, with an exceptional level of customer service
- Building and maintaining data integrations with various vendors
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Workday HRIS, is a must, specifically with reporting and integration maintenance
- Self-starter who had an innate aptitude for problem solving
- Meticulous and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a customer focused attitude
- Experience with implementation and transition of new software systems is a plus
- Education in the HR field is a plus; interest in the HR field is a must

COMPENSATION: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $32.69 to $37.50 hourly, which equates to $68,000 to $78,000 annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
