You will advise, lead, partner and execute on HR processes across the whole employee life-cycle. You will support our employees throughout their journey, maintain accurate and up to date records and policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation, advising on necessary policy and process adjustments to ensure compliance,
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, business communications, and data summaries to support decision-making,
- Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, terms and conditions of employment, and compliance with labor law requirements,
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partners and the HR Director to update the Internal Regulations and Internal HR policies, as needed,
- Support HR Business Partners with talent management activities, such as performance management administration, employee relations,
- Lead HR projects, collaborating with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic business objectives,
- Oversee HR projects execution, including communication planning, meeting facilitation, progress monitoring, and reporting,
- Resolve complex employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, policies, and employment matters,
- Partner with the HRIS team to develop and refine operational processes for day to day HR administration,
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure HR data and processes are reflected accurately in payroll,
- Assist in maintaining employee records and accurate data in the HRIS (Charisma, Workday),
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities,
- Perform tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and contract changes,
- Respond to employee questions and requests regarding policies, and benefits,
- Identify and recommend ways to improve the efficiency of the department and services performed,
- Design new policies and deliver on business-critical HR related projects,
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention,
- Acts as the primary point of contact for audit-related HR matters,
- Step in to perform HR duties globally, as required.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in the field of HR, including advisory, or HR specialist or generalist roles,
- In-depth knowledge of Romanian labor laws; knowledge of multi-country employment laws and regulations is an advantage,
- Experienced in applying HR principles, theories, and best practices to support business and employee needs,
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR, psychology or similar area will be huge asset,
- Strong communication & influencing skills, engages effectively with employees and leaders,
- Experience using HR systems (Workday and Charisma - preferred),
- Adaptability & problem-solving, navigates ambiguity and finds creative solutions,
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion,
- Business English - proficient in both written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
