We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/x) for Finance & Accounting (20 hours/week).
In this role we are offering a great opportunity to work on financial projects, to gain broad finance & accounting experience and get precious insights in the day-to-day business of a dynamic workplace with people from all over the world.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Support the FBP team throughout the data update process for capacity planning demands
Assist controllers with invoice processing and verification, ensuring the accuracy of invoice statements
Support month-end and year-end close process, and provide the controlling team with accurate financial data to ensure timely reporting
Participate in the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances
Collaborate with an international team of dedicated and experienced finance professionals, working closely with various departments across the company.
Requirements
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
To be enrolled at a college or university in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Economics or comparable training
To have the ability to demonstrate the right to work in the EU
Excellent written and verbal German language skills, and fluent English language skills
To be able to work independently, and confident with using MS Excel on a daily basis
Thorough understanding of accounting, finance and business processes
Solution-oriented and hands-on mentality along with analytical and logical thinking skills
Professional attitude regarding communication and deadlines.
THERE WILL BE BIG SMILES IF YOU
- Already have some experience with ERP/SAP-HANA system
